Support can be adjusted up or down giving you the freedom to use us when you need it and step away when you don’t.

 

Some clients engage with us for short term project based support while others choose longer term advisory partnerships and many move between the two as their business evolves.

Do you charge agency
placement fees?

No. We operate on a retained partnership model, meaning clients don’t pay per hire. Instead they gain ongoing access to senior talent expertise designed to reduce long term hiring costs and improve retention.

Do I have to commit to full
recruitment support?

No. Businesses can engage with us for a

range of services from consultancy and advisory support through to full recruitment delivery. Our services can be accessed on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis allowing you to step back when the support is no longer required.

We have our own internal team can you help with project support?

We often work alongside internal teams, providing additional expertise, structure or capacity where needed. The aim is to compliment and strengthen what’s already in place. By utilising us on a project basis, you remove the per hire fees.
