Having worked closely with founders, directors and leadership teams throughout my career, I’ve seen first hand the challenges businesses face when it comes to recruitment  particularly when growth is fast, resources are stretched and the traditional model they've used in the past no longer fits.

When I started Curated Talent Group, my aim was to build a solution led model that genuinely supports business owners giving founders, directors and CEOs the space to focus on growing their companies, rather than managing recruitment complexity.

By removing per hire agency fees and replacing them with retained project based expertise and structured frameworks, businesses gain the confidence to make better hiring decisions, build strong teams and create scalable talent foundations that support long term growth.

I work as an extension of my clients’ businesses, partnering closely with them to make confident people decisions and focus time and energy on what matters most.

What makes my approach different is that it isn’t always about filling the next role and sometimes it’s not about hiring at all.

I've worked across a diverse range of sectors, including ecommerce, manufacturing, professional services and growth phase businesses, designing bespoke talent strategies and advising on how and when to hire. From shaping interview frameworks to supporting effective assessments, onboarding and retention, the approach is flexible, considered and tailored to each organisation.
